Working at Congress Care
During the finalisation of my Leisure & Events Management studies in Breda, the search for my first job in the dynamic industry began. I applied to Congress Care and was fortunate enough to start here quite quickly. I felt at home in this familial team, where there is a lot of attention for each other and for the development of the company. During my studies, I discovered my passion for change management and process improvement, which seamlessly aligns with the culture and values of Congress Care. I am therefore grateful for the opportunity to apply my skills for process improvement within the company, alongside the rest of the team.
From personal experiences, I have seen how incredibly important it is for research and development to be carried out and supported in healthcare. I feel privileged to be part of a team that organises conferences within this field. At Congress Care, I can combine my skills in event organisation with my desire to make a - whether direct or indirect - contribution to much-needed research and developments.
What else does Verena do?
In my free time, I prefer to enjoy the outdoors and listen to music. I also enjoy visiting amusement and theme parks, where I even specialised during my studies, including storytelling, which is still a passion of mine.
