Logistics

We will handle the recording, allowing the presentations to be viewed later as well. Registration
At Congress Care, we handle (online) participant registration and participant administration entirely. We ensure a seamless registration process, allowing participants to easily register online. If your conference is hybrid, we also ensure that participant lists and badges are ready on-site before the conference begins.
Financial management
Together, we establish the budget for your conference, and our project managers monitor the budget. Additionally, we handle the financial administration of the conference. Accreditation
We handle the accreditation application for your webinar or hybrid conference. We also ensure that the points are recorded in registration and accreditation systems.
Afterwards
