Congress Care BV uses HubSpot, a software tool that is possible to send you emails that may be of interest to you. This is determined on the basis of various actions that you perform on the various websites affiliated with Congress Care BV or contact that you have had with Congress Care BV.
Google Analytics
Through our website a cookie may be placed from the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy of your passport, the photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) should be blacked out. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
Photography and video during conferences
Photos and/or videos can be taken during Congress Care conferences. These can be used for promotional purposes on websites, social media or in a newsletter. If you object to this, please inform the registration desk and the photographer on the day of the conference.
