Roderick is responsible for finances and internal organisation within Congress Care. He oversees finances comprehensively, including handling our clients' financial matters, internal financial administration, and various analyses. Within internal organisation, he focuses on personnel management and business processes. Ideally, he structures processes to enable colleagues to work more efficiently and happily.

Working at Congress Care

After completing my Business Economics degree, I initially started in consultancy. Later, I transitioned to permanent positions as a financial controller in two firms. My introduction to Congress Care came through Pepijn Klerkx. What I enjoy most is the versatility of my role. I might be dealing with small system issues one moment, having a one-on-one conversation with a colleague the next, and then performing various financial analyses. It's dynamic, comprehensive, and above all, challenging. The evolving market demands adaptability in various aspects. As a team, we demonstrate resilience, and we take great pride in that!

What else does Roderick do?

In my free time, I don't like to sit still. Literally. I engage in sports about 5-6 days a week. The problem is, I almost enjoy everything. Currently, I enjoy going for a run, cycling, or swimming. Additionally, I also play football and tennis. Physical activity helps me relax, especially mentally. Besides enjoying sports, I value spending time with friends and family. And whenever possible, over a drink.
