Meet Ellis

As a project manager, Ellis ensures that clients have no concerns about the logistical organisation of their conference As the main point of contact, she provides suitable solutions for logistical issues, allowing the client to focus on the content. During the days of the conference, Ellis is on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In addition to project management, she is involved in marketing-related projects, both at the conference level and throughout Congress Care.

Working at Congress Care

After studying Hotel Management in Maastricht, I found my way to Congress Care through various paths, quite a few years ago! We work in a small team which keeps communication lines short. As we often spend multiple days working together on location, a close-knit team has developed over the years.

Each project manager has their own set of projects, leading to long-term collaborations with our clients. It's always a challenge to make each annual conference a little better than the previous year. Recently, I expanded my responsibilities to include marketing. I am looking forward to promoting our conferences even more effectively and showing more people how enjoyable it can be to work with Congress Care!
